Find Calm in Minutes
If you’re feeling anxious or angry, fearful or frantic, know that you are not alone. I have found that meditating and/or doing a breathing practice will eliminate these feelings or greatly lessen them in minutes. The negative emotions will be replaced with a feeling of stability, calm, and even joy. You may have heard this advice from others, but thought “Where do I begin? I’ve never done anything like this before.”. To make it easy I’ve compiled a selection of free, yet very effective YouTube meditations. You don’t need to do a thing except close your eyes and listen. It’s truly as easy as that. Most videos are “guided meditations” so a soothing voice will tell you what to picture in your mind’s eye or how to breathe.
